High Speed Platforming & Level Design

Windweaver is built around movement that feels good. Build speed, hold your momentum, and blast through environments using Jonathan's growing set of movement abilities and Pins. Master boosting, rolling, stomping and wall running as you learn to read every slope, clear every obstacle, and turn a shortcut into a reason to go faster.

Every level rewards experimentation. Stages have multiple routes, hidden shortcuts, alternate paths and secrets that push you to approach them differently each run. Whether you are chasing the fastest possible time or just exploring, there is always another route to find.

Towns, Bosses, Missions, Pins and Cosmetics

Face bosses designed to test everything you have learned, Explore towns, meet unique characters, and take on a variety of missions that challenge your speed, exploration and mastery of Jonathan's abilities all while unlocking a range of cosmetics to customise Jonathan's look and style!

Online Multiplayer

Take Windweaver online and compete with friends. Race to prove who can master a course fastest, survive the chaos of Bomb Blitz, or fight to stay standing as the arena disappears beneath you in Cliff Carving. Host or join lobbies, play together through Steam, and find a completely different side of the game where mastering the movement means mastering your friends.

A High Flying Narrative

Follow Jonathan, a Windweaver knocked out of the sky who suddenly loses the abilities he always relied on. As he travels, he meets new friends, faces dangerous enemies, and slowly uncovers the truth behind the mysterious Eagles. Through animated cutscenes and secrets hidden across the world, Windweaver tells a story about identity, trust, and finding out the world is not as simple as Jonathan believed.

Windweaver is brought to life with full voice acting across its characters, cutscenes, bosses and encounters. Expect mid-level conversations, banter, NPC interactions and reactive dialogue throughout!

Jonathan's abilities are simple on their own and far more powerful chained together. Run and jump through the environment, roll down slopes, stomp back to the ground, race across walls, and use your Boost to push further. Each ability has a purpose, and Windweaver wants you to experiment with how they combine. Mastering the game is not about memorising one perfect combination. It is about knowing which tool fits the moment.

A Boost-Inspired Game

Boosting lets Jonathan unleash his built-up wind magic and tear through a level at full pace. It is the fastest way to move, and knowing when to Boost, when to ease off, and how to carry that speed into your next action is a big part of mastering Windweaver.

Pins & Abilities

Examples of Pins

Throughout your adventure you will find and buy Pins, equippable items that change anything from your top speed to your entire moveset. Pins equipped together create powerful combinations, so you can experiment with builds and find a line-up that works for you.

Join other players, speedrunners, platformer fans and our development team as we keep building. Share feedback, show off your best times, find secrets, take part in playtests, and follow the game as it grows!

We want our community to be a big part of this, and we cannot wait to take flight alongside all of you!!

Our game is being brought to life by a small team of developers, artists, animators, musicians, and designers. Each of us brings a different speciality to the project, working together to make Windweaver the best game it can be.

Landon leads the development of Windweaver and is responsible for much of the technical backbone that keeps the game running. His role is implementing gameplay mechanics and systems and tackling the bugs that come with game development!

Bryce designs and builds many of the levels, challenges, and gameplay experiences throughout Windweaver, with a focus on making Jonathan's movement feel rewarding to master. He also manages much of the game's community presence, playtesting, feedback, and communication with our players.

John leads the 3D assets department while developing the technical solutions needed to bring them into the game. His work helps establish the environments and visual identity of Windweaver while keeping everything working smoothly within the game's pipeline.

2uko! works across both sides of Windweaver's art pipeline, they are in charge of making early concepts and visual ideas through to finished 3D assets. Their work helps ideas on paper turn into the characters, props, and worlds players ultimately experience in-game.

Tiago brings the world of Windweaver to life through 3D animation. They create expressive character performances to gameplay animations and cinematic moments, his work gives our characters their personality, energy, and movement.

Stuart creates the original music of Windweaver, making an energetic soundtrack designed to complement the game's speed, environments, characters, and emotional moments. His compositions are a huge part of giving the game its own musical identity. Look him up on Spotify!

Diduilitm is responsible for creating the sounds behind Windweaver, creating and mixing the audio that makes movement, abilities, environments, and interactions feel satisfying. From subtle ambience to impactful gameplay sounds, their work helps make the world feel alive.

VOICE ACTORS

Windweaver features full voice acting, with characters speaking throughout cutscenes, gameplay, boss encounters and interactions across the world. Music matters just as much. Our soundtrack is built to match the game's pace, making a fast level feel faster while still capturing the personality of each location and paying homage to our inspirations.

Bringing our green feathered hero to life is Teddy Scott. Teddy captures Jonathan's confidence, attitude and humour throughout the adventure with his incredible vocal talent.

Brandon lends his voice to Duke Featherton, bringing so much bravado and personality to the role. His performance helps give Duke a distinctive presence within the colourful cast of Windweaver.

Sean voices Dash, one half of the troublesome dream team eagle brothers! Sean brings Dash's personality to life through energetic performances, comedic exchanges, and plenty of back-and-forth with his brother.

Rounding out the brothers is Jack as Bash! Together with Sean's Dash, Jack helps make the brothers a memorable pair, with their arguing, banter, and larger-than-life personalities carrying directly into their encounters with Jonathan.

Cori Adkins and Breeton Boi collaborated on Windweaver's main theme, "Rushing To You". Bringing their individual talents together, they shaped a track full of the energy, adventure and personality of the game.
